We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive cum Telecaller to handle customer queries, manage the IndiaMART portal, and generate sales opportunities through telecalling and online business portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries regarding products, pricing, orders, and other requirements.
• Manage the IndiaMART portal, respond to enquiries, and follow up with potential customers.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales growth.
• Manage enquiries received through IndiaMART and other online business portals.
• Follow up with leads, share product details and quotations, and coordinate with the sales team to convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales enquiries.
• Ensure timely responses to customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience in handling IndiaMART or other online B2B portals will be preferred.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to follow up on leads and support sales growth.
