Production Engineer

Position: Production Engineer Vacancies: 3 Department: Production / Manufacturing Qualification: BE / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on skills and experience) Location: Naroda GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily bus body manufacturing and production activities. Coordinate fabrication, welding, assembly, fitment, and finishing operations. Manage manpower allocation and ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage. Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and other departments for smooth production. Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturing procedures. Track production progress and resolve shop-floor issues. Skills Required Knowledge of automobile manufacturing and bus body fabrication. Good manpower handling and team coordination skills. Ability to meet production schedules and quality standards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
