Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure smooth production operations as per the production plan and delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality Control, Stores, and Maintenance departments for timely production.
• Monitor manpower, machines, raw materials, and other resources to ensure efficient utilization.
• Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify production-related issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor production performance, minimize material wastage, and improve productivity.
• Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor rejection, rework, and downtime, and take necessary steps to reduce them.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders and dispatch commitments.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve quality-related issues.
• Guide production workers and ensure adherence to work instructions and company policies.

Pay

₹11,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
