Outlet Manager

Hiring: QSR Outlet Manager Location: Infiniti Mall, Malad West, Mumbai We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented QSR Outlet Manager who can independently manage the overall outlet operations while actively handling sales at the front counter. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet. Attend to customers, take orders, handle billing, and drive sales at the front counter. Communicate confidently with customers in English. Manage staff duties, attendance, discipline, and daily work allocation. Handle opening and closing procedures, including basic stock checks and inventory management. Monitor stock availability, wastage, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and provide excellent customer service. Maintain daily sales records and coordinate with the management. Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in QSR, fast food, restaurant, or food outlet operations is preferred. Good spoken English and strong customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of stock opening/closing, inventory, and outlet closing procedures. Ability to manage staff and take responsibility for the outlet independently. Must be comfortable with both managerial responsibilities and front-counter sales . Honest, punctual, presentable, and customer-focused. Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take charge of the outlet, manage the staff, interact confidently with customers, and ensure smooth daily operations without constant supervision.
