Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and increase conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and booking closures.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
• Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion ratios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead management and customer handling.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process. Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential/commercial projects.
• Previous experience in a sales management or team-leadership role is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
