Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow-ups. Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable software solutions. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into successful sales. Coordinate product demonstrations and handle customer queries. Negotiate with customers and close sales deals. Follow up with interested prospects for payment and sales closure. Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and renewals. Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in SaaS Sales, CRM Software Sales, IT Solutions, or B2B Tele Sales will be preferred.
