Key Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls to customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
Explain company services and share relevant information with customers.
Follow up on enquiries and maintain customer communication records.
Enter and update customer details accurately in Excel and company software.
Maintain daily call reports, enquiry records, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements.
Perform basic computer and administrative tasks as required.
