Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for TeleCallers located in Bengaluru. The TeleCallers will be responsible for making outbound calls to retailers, providing product information, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be tasked with updating customer information in the database and achieving daily call targets.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telesales or customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Added advantage proficiency in South local languages for effective communication
Proficiency in multiple languages for handling PAN India merchants

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
