Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller with sales experience who can communicate with potential customers, pitch company services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain and sell the company's products and services.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Proven ability to convert leads into sales.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel or CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
