Order and tracking updates

Record the purchase source, order ID, and cost against each website order

Update tracking numbers and carrier details as soon as they are available

Maintain and update the ETA on every order, and flag delays to customer support before the customer asks

Unprocessed order checks

Check the website's pending and unprocessed orders [twice daily / at set times] and clear them within 24 hours.

Report orders stuck because of stock-outs, payment holds, or address problems

Exceptions
