Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable experiences.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Ensure every guest receives a positive and memorable experience.

Bookings & Reservations

Handle walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and online booking requests.

Manage reservations for gaming sessions, birthday celebrations, private parties, and corporate events.

Maintain accurate booking records, schedules, and customer information.

Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely preparation for guest arrivals and events.

Billing & Cash Management

Generate bills and process payments through cash, UPI, cards, and applicable payment systems.

Operate POS, billing software, and booking systems.

Maintain accurate transaction records and assist with daily cash reconciliation.

Ensure billing accuracy and follow company procedures for refunds, discounts, and cancellations.

Maintain proper documentation of bookings, payments, and receipts.
