Head – Presales & Lead Management | Real Estate

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the presales & telecalling team.

Manage lead allocation, qualification and follow-ups.

Drive qualified site visits and improve lead conversion.

Monitor CRM, calling software, call recordings and team productivity.

Coordinate with Sales & Digital Marketing teams.

Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

Strong real-estate presales and team management experience.

Hands-on knowledge of CRM tools such as LeadSquared or Salesforce.

Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Target-oriented with a focus on site visits and sales conversions.
