Product Management Executive

Job Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience.

Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Prioritize activities based on business impact and customer needs.

Collaborate with engineering teams for quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilization.

Drive product launches, working with PR teams, executives, and other product management team members.

Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy.

Skills Required

4 - 5 Years’ Experience.

Proven work experience in product management

Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.

Role in one line: Product Manager (IC) for Apollo's internal business platforms, working with internal stakeholders across functions, 4–5 years of experience, Hyderabad, 6 days in office.

Must-haves

2–3+ years in a genuine PM role on internal tools, enterprise platforms or B2B products.

Has taken at least one product through the full journey: discovery, requirements, build with engineering, UAT, rollout, adoption, and iteration.

Strong stakeholder management, including handling competing priorities from multiple business teams.

Enough technical understanding to work closely with engineering on workflows, integrations and data.

Good to have

 

Domain exposure to supply chain, warehouse, retail operations, finance or HR systems. An engineering background. Experience driving adoption of a new tool among users who resisted change.
