ole Summary

The Showroom Executive welcomes and manages walk-in customers at our Bengaluru studio. You will present our products with a good understanding of interiors, guide visitors through finishes and samples, and make sure every enquiry is captured and followed up.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and welcome walk-in customers, architects and designers in the studio.

Understand each customer's requirement (space, substrate, look and budget) and recommend suitable finishes and systems.

Explain products clearly: lime plasters, textured wall finishes, microtopping flooring, glass partitions, wooden flooring and smart-home options.

Show catalogues and samples and explain colour, finish and application options.

Record every lead (name, contact, requirement, products of interest, follow-up date) in the lead spreadsheet and keep it updated daily.

Follow up with leads by phone/WhatsApp and help convert enquiries into site visits and sample requests.

Keep the studio, samples and display areas neat and presentable.

Coordinate with the Senior Manager and site team on measurements, quotations and sample approvals.

Requirements

Education: Graduate preferred; background or good knowledge of interiors / interior design
Experience: Prior experience in interiors, furniture, tiles, paints or home-decor retail preferred
Languages: English, Hindi and Kannada (fluent)
Skills: Product knowledge, customer handling, confident communication, basic spreadsheet use (Google Sheets / Excel)
Personality: Well-groomed, courteous and professional, with a polished client-facing presence
