About the Role

Connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, qualify leads, and schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with assigned leads through the auto-dialer system.

Assess learners’ interests, needs, and eligibility.

Build trust through effective communication and active listening.

Schedule Video Counselling sessions and coordinate follow-ups.

Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 2 years of EdTech sales experience; Study Abroad experience is a plus.

At least 1 year with the same company.

Graduation is mandatory.

Prior experience working a 6-day workweek.

Currently working as an Individual Contributor.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Kannada proficiency required for Bangalore location.

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.

Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Patience, empathy, and a learner-focused approach.

Basic MS Office and CRM proficiency.

Common Work Details

Working Days

Monday–Saturday (6 days a week)

Work Timings

10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Work Location

As per the selected opening

Performance Expectations

Minimum 300 minutes of call talk time per day.

Schedule 5 Video Counselling sessions per day.

Connect with at least 80% of assigned leads daily.

Consistently meet and exceed weekly revenue targets.

KPIs may vary depending on the business vertical.
