Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter (Construction Industry) Company: House Construct Location: Nagarbavi,Bangalore Experience: 7+ years in recruitment (construction / infrastructure preferred) Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Openings: 1 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to lead hiring for our construction projects. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for site and corporate roles, guide junior recruiters, and work directly with project heads and management. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage manpower requirements with project heads and site teams Hire for senior and mid-level roles such as project managers, site engineers, planning engineers, QS, safety officers, supervisors and foremen, as well as skilled and unskilled labour Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, consultants, and labour contractors Handle screening, interviews, salary negotiation, offers, and joining formalities Reduce time-to-hire and manage urgent site requirements Track hiring data, prepare MIS reports, and share them with management Lead and support junior recruiters Work on retention and reduce early attrition Requirements Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a senior or team-handling role Strong experience in bulk and mid-to-senior level hiring Good communication in Hindi and English ([Local Language] is a plus) Good knowledge of Excel, ATS/HRMS, and job portals Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
