Customer Support Executive- Multilingual

Job Summary: ( Freshers with Multilingual competency are welcome to apply) We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional for a Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi (any one language), along with English, and will be responsible for handling both outbound and inbound calls. The role involves engaging with customers, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a high standard of communication and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Clearly explain products and services while addressing customer queries effectively Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Accurately update call records, logs, and reports Requirements: Mandatory fluency in Malayalam/ Kannada/Telugu/Hindi/ Tamil and English is Mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in a telecalling or similar customer-facing role is preferred Basic computer proficiency Willingness to work 6 days a week.
