Franchise Development Manager

Job Description – Franchise Development Manager . Company: Enshine Services Pvt ltd (Washmart)– Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Franchise Chain Location: South India – :(Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai.) Job Summary: Washmart is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Franchise Development Manager to expand our franchise network in South India and nearby regions. The candidate will identify franchise partners, conduct presentations, close franchise deals, and coordinate onboarding. Extensive travel and achievement of monthly sales targets are mandatory. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify franchise leads. - Conduct business presentations. - Arrange investor meetings and site visits. - Negotiate and close franchise agreements. - Update CRM daily. - Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Training teams. - Participate in exhibitions and networking events. - Submit daily and weekly reports. Monthly Target: - Minimum 3 Token Bookings per month. - Minimum 2 Franchise Closures (NDC) per month. Travel Conditions : - Mandatory field travel Min 8-12 days per month. - Travel across Hyderabad, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Kerala , Karnataka, and assigned regions. - Advance approval required for travel. - Reimbursement as per company policy. Eligibility: Graduate (MBA preferred), 3–5 years’ experience, strong communication, negotiation, CRM knowledge, willingness to travel. Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
