This is a revenue-accountable role focused on independently closing paid franchise agreements and securing commercially viable locations for company-operated Good Habbit kiosks.
This is not a lead-generation, telecalling or marketing-coordination position. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of closing franchise deals, negotiating commercial terms and taking opportunities from initial discussions to signed agreements and operational launches.
Performance will be formally reviewed every 90 days against defined business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development and Sales
Identify and independently source prospective franchise investors.
Evaluate investor financial capability, operating intent and territory suitability.
Present approved franchise models, explain investment requirements and negotiate commercial terms.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from initial contact through agreement execution, payment collection, partner onboarding and outlet activation.
Develop franchise opportunities for edobbon retail stores and Good Habbit kiosks.
Retail Site Acquisition and Expansion
Identify high-potential locations for company-operated Good Habbit kiosks in hospitals, office clusters, commercial properties, fuel stations and transit catchments.
Build relationships with property owners, commercial brokers and institutional decision-makers.
Evaluate footfall, rental economics, accessibility, permitted usage, operating restrictions and commercial viability.
Negotiate lease and licence terms and secure written approvals.
Coordinate site feasibility, management approvals and occupancy agreements.
Pipeline and Revenue Management
Maintain accurate, company-owned CRM records covering lead sources, investor qualifications, meetings, proposals, deal values, next actions and closure forecasts.
Submit weekly pipeline reports covering qualified prospects, expected collections, site approvals and anticipated closures.
Maintain documentation for franchise agreements, payments, site approvals and incentive eligibility.
Coordinate with management and internal teams to facilitate partner onboarding and outlet launches.
Compensation and Performance Incentives
- Fixed Compensation
- ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month.
Additional incentives are payable for qualifying closures as follows
- Good Habbit franchise kiosk

Company-owned Good Habbit kiosk location secured: ₹30,000 per site.
edobbon retail franchise up to 1,000 sq. ft.: ₹75,000 per deal.
edobbon premium franchise of 1,500 sq. ft. or larger: ₹1,00,000 per deal.
Incentives are milestone-based: 25% upon the applicable approved agreement and eligible collection or secured site, 50% upon verified opening, and 25% after 90 days of satisfactory operation and compliance. All payouts are subject to documentation, management verification and the agreed incentive policy.
Leads, meetings, verbal commitments and unsigned agreements do not qualify for commission. The same opening cannot qualify for both franchise and company-site incentives.
First 90 Days: Mandatory Deliverables
The role has defined, measurable business outcomes.
Days 1–30
Build and document 10 financially qualified investor prospects.
Progress 3 investor discussions to an advanced stage.
Present 2 viable company-operated kiosk site proposals.

Achieve 1 signed and paid franchise conversion.
Progress an approved company-operated kiosk site to advanced agreement negotiations.
By Day 90
Close at least 2 signed and paid franchise agreements.

Subsequent targets are reviewed every 90 days, with a planned 12-month target of 12 Good Habbit franchises, 4 edobbon retail franchises and 2 company-operated kiosk sites. Performance reviews and any employment decisions will be handled in accordance with the employment agreement and applicable law.
