Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Store Manager role based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, store presentation, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The role involves leading and coaching store staff, creating work schedules, supporting onboarding, and ensuring consistent performance and productivity. The Store Manager will handle customer service escalations, maintain high customer satisfaction, and monitor sales performance, applying retail loss prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets. The position also includes reporting on store metrics, collaborating with regional management, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall store performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive store experience.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with management.

Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and sales monitoring.

Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to implement controls, monitor risk, and safeguard store assets.

Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in retail or store management, ability to use POS and inventory systems, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a track record of meeting sales or operational targets.

A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to changing business needs.
