Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through inbound and/or outbound voice calls.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Meet process-specific performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Follow company policies and established service procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic or international BPO voice process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.

Freshers are not eligible for this requirement.
