Job description

Must be Under 26Years of Age.

Must be comfortable to work from Office (6 Days)

Freshers with Intership experience in recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screening and Assessment:Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate remote interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback while keeping them informed about the hiring process.
• Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide insights on the talent market, and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to make informed recommendations on attracting top talent.

Pay

₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
