About the Role

Love travel and enjoy talking to people? Join ORN as a Customer Journey Advisor and help customers discover, plan, and book memorable travel experiences. From the first enquiry to post-travel follow-ups, you’ll be their trusted travel partner while driving bookings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer enquiries.

Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Explain itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Who Can Apply?

Fresh graduates from travel background.

Excellent spoken English; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.

Confident communicators with a customer-first attitude.

Interested in sales, travel and target-driven roles.

Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
