Bell Boy/Housekeeping/Helper for hotel

sekeeping, room cleaning, bedding arrangements, washroom cleaning, luggage handling, and other day-to-day hotel operations. The candidate should maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel and ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping \& Room Maintenance

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas as per hotel standards.
• Change bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets, and other linen regularly.
• Make beds properly and ensure rooms are neat, clean, and presentable.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and bathroom fittings.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, and other room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or missing supplies to the supervisor.

Bellboy \& Guest Assistance

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and help them with their luggage.
• Respond politely to guest requests and provide basic assistance.
• Help with the movement of guest belongings and hotel supplies when required.

Common Area Cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness in hotel corridors, reception areas, staircases, and other common spaces.
• Clean floors, dust furniture, and ensure public washrooms remain hygienic.
• Dispose of garbage properly and maintain overall hotel hygiene.

Laundry \& Linen Management

• Collect used bedsheets, towels, and other linen.
• Arrange fresh linen and maintain proper storage of clean bedding.
• Assist with laundry handling and ensure used and clean linen are kept separately.

General Hotel Operations

• Assist other hotel departments whenever required.
• Follow the instructions of the housekeeping supervisor or hotel management.
• Complete assigned duties on time and maintain discipline.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and guest-service standards.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, bellboy services, or hotel operations will be preferred.
• Freshers may also apply if they are willing to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning, lifting luggage, and other operational tasks.
• Honest, punctual, hardworking, and well-disciplined.
• Basic communication skills and a polite attitude towards guests.
• Willingness to perform multiple duties as per hotel requirements.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with duties assigned according to hotel operations.
• Must be flexible to assist with housekeeping, guest luggage, washroom cleaning, bedding, and other tasks.
• Salary will be based on experience and suitability for the role.
