We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller \& Customer Support Executive to manage customer calls, handle inquiries, follow up with prospective and existing customers, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Communicate product information and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Follow up with prospective customers, existing customers, and pending inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service requests.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and dispatch teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and complaints.
• Update daily activity reports and customer information in company records.
• Escalate technical or product-related issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer support will be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and data entry.
• Good interpersonal skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
