Sales Representative

• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through calls, referrals, field visits, and online platforms.

• Customer Handling: Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.

• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, pricing, and policies.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Sales Negotiation: Explain product benefits, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up with clients to close deals.

• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.

• Order Management: Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery, and timely customer updates.

• Sales Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, sales orders, and revenue in the designated tracker or CRM.

• Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues, wherever applicable.

• Customer Support: Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and coordinate for timely resolution.

• Reporting and Coordination: Submit daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales performance, leads, and business opportunities.

• Business Development: Identify new markets, expand the customer base, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Professional Conduct: Maintain professional communication, follow company policies, and represent the organization positively during customer interactions

Pay
