Tele Caller Executive

Job Responsibility :-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Explain company products, services, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups for quotations, orders, and payments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales Report.
• Handle customer queries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Support sales and marketing campaigns to increase business opportunities.
• Prepare daily calling reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

Skill \& Requirement :-

• Education :- Any degree
• Experience :- 1 to 4 year
• Salary :- 14k to 20k CTC Per Month
• Language :- English ( Speak , write , Read ) Must
