Industry: Real Estate & Construction Experience:3-5 years in Real Estate Job Summary We are looking for Experienced and Confident Senior Tele caller to handle customer enquiries, generate Sales leads, follow up with Prospective Clients, and support Sales Team in achieving business Targets. Key Responsibilities Make Outbound Calls to potential customers. Handle Inbound customer enquiries and provide relevant information. Explain Company Projects, products, services and offers to Customers. Identify Customer requirements and follow up with interested clients through Calls and WhatsApp. Scheduled Appointments and Site Visits to Sales Team. Convert potential leads into Business opportunities Handle basic business queries. Skills and Qualifications· Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · 3-5yrs of Experience in Real Estate and Construction. · Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. · Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets. · Basic knowledge of real estate, property sales, and marketing techniques is preferred. · A proactive attitude, professional approach, and willingness to learn.
