Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service. Promote products, explain product features, and drive sales. Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. Maintain product displays, store presentation, and merchandising standards. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally. Support daily store operations, stock management, and inventory checks. For ASM roles, manage store operations, team performance, sales targets, and reporting. Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail, cosmetics, FMCG, or branded store operations. Candidates with experience in customer handling, product promotion, sales, and merchandising will be preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and service. Willingness to work in a retail store environment across Maharashtra. Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with prior experience working with cosmetics brands, FMCG brands, fashion retail, or other branded retail stores are preferred.
