Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales activities through telephone calls, email communication, customer relationship management, and regular follow-ups to generate business and close orders. Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Send professional emails, quotations, product details, and price lists to customers. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and order confirmations. Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, pricing, and order status. Maintain daily call reports, customer databases, and follow-up records. Track pending orders and regularly communicate with customers to convert inquiries into sales. Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams regarding order processing and payment follow-ups, wherever required. Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets. Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management. Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication. Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills. Ability to convince customers and follow up professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets. Educational QualificationGraduate in any stream. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce will be preferred. SalaryAs per experience, skills, and company policy.
