Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally Guide and support patients throughout their treatment journey Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up details Coordinate with different departments for smooth patient assistance Listen actively and respond empathetically to patient concerns Provide appointment, treatment, and process-related information Ensure positive and respectful communication with every patient Escalate urgent or serious patient concerns to management when required Required Skills✔ Excellent Communication Skills (Marathi, Hindi & Basic English) ✔ Positive and empathetic attitude ✔ Active listening ability ✔ Basic computer knowledge ✔ Good coordination and organizational skills ✔ Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
