About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Pune. Candidates with basic educational qualifications, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners residing in Pune will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.

Generate leads and identify business opportunities.

Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.

Maintain daily call records and update customer information.

Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.

Achieve daily calling targets and assigned business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Basic educational qualification is sufficient.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Must be currently residing in Pune.

Immediate joiners are mandatory.

Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers.

Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
