Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls.

Communicate professionally with international customers in English.

Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.

Follow company processes, quality guidelines, and performance targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.

Meet daily performance, productivity, and quality targets.
