Territory Sales Incharge

Key Responsibilities-

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. Drive primary and secondary sales to increase revenue and market share. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Support the appointment of new dealers and distributors. Execute promotional activities, pricing strategies, and sales schemes. Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

Requirements-

2–4 years of experience in B2B or retail sales. Experience in abrasives, automotive consumables, tools, or adhesives is preferred. Strong territory handling and customer relationship management skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
