Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide basic technical support related to electric vehicles, batteries, charging, and vehicle services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve basic technical queries related to EVs, batteries, and charging.

Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

Record customer interactions in the CRM system.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned technical team.

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow company processes.

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or voice process.

Graduate or Diploma holder; technical qualifications preferred.

Good communication skills in English.

Must know at least one regional language: Kannada or Telugu.

Basic knowledge of automobiles or electric vehicles is an advantage.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
