Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Provide customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reports in the CRM.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities wherever applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduate or undergraduate candidate can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM handling.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and work towards targets.
- Experience in BPO, call centres, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
