- Assign daily tasks, conduct training, and monitor the performance of warehouse associates.
- Inventory Control
- Track inbound and outbound inventory, lead cycle counts, audit stock levels, and resolve discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance
- Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Monitor machinery and keep storage areas clean and organized.
- Reporting
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compile activity reports.
