Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor moulding machines during production.
• Handle machine start-up, shutdown and routine operating checks.
• Maintain product quality and minimise rejection and material wastage.
• Monitor production output and report machine-related issues.
• Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance staff when required.
• Maintain shop-floor cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience operating injection moulding and/or blow moulding machines preferred.
• Basic understanding of plastic materials, moulds and production processes.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent product quality.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to work in shifts.
