Guest Relations & Reservation Executive (Kannada Speaking - Hybrid Role) Receiving Calls

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Guest Relations \& Reservation Executive to handle inbound calls, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer support for our vacation rental properties. This is a hybrid role, with most work done from home and occasional on-site visits if required.

Selected candidates's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from guests and property owners/managers.
• Handle reservation inquiries and block rooms based on availability.
• Maintain communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate with property owners/managers to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
• Update booking status in our internal systems accurately.
• Resolve minor issues related to guest stays in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a courteous and service-oriented attitude.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Kannada.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone usage knowledge (calls, calendar, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
