We are looking for smart, well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented candidates who can manage restaurant guests and provide excellent dining experiences. Candidates from Airlines, QSR, Restaurant and Hospitality backgrounds are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet restaurant guests. Manage guest seating, table allocation and guest requirements. Explain menu items, food options and restaurant offers. Assist guests with menu queries and recommendations. Coordinate with waiters, captains and kitchen teams for smooth service. Handle guest feedback, queries and complaints professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction and quality service. Maintain professional grooming and restaurant service standards.
