Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with 2–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCC panels and distribution panels.

Maintain and repair electrical wiring, cables, switches, relays and contactors.

Handle motor installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Work on electrical control circuits and basic PLC systems.

Monitor electrical equipment performance and ensure minimum machine downtime.

Maintain daily maintenance records and breakdown reports.

Follow electrical safety procedures and 5S standards.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

Knowledge of industrial electrical systems.

Experience in electrical panel maintenance.

Knowledge of motors, starters, relays and contactors.

Basic knowledge of PLC and VFD.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of electrical safety practices.

Eligibility Criteria

2–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or EEE.

Ability to work in shifts.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
