Role Overview

Spazioliv is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Designer who can combine creativity with sales expertise to convert client requirements into beautiful and functional interior spaces.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding customer needs, creating design solutions, presenting concepts confidently, and converting prospects into successful projects.

• Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct detailed design discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
• Build trust and deliver a premium customer experience.

Interior Design & Space Planning

• Create functional and aesthetically appealing interior designs.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentation concepts.
• Suggest materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor solutions.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Present design proposals and quotations to clients.
• Handle design revisions and negotiations.
• Convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• 1. Design Validation & Coordination
• Coordinate with DQC, Operations, and Project teams.
• Ensure design feasibility and execution readiness.
• Support smooth project handover after closure.

CRM & Documentation

• Maintain accurate client records and project updates.
• Track lead status, design approvals, and sales progress.
• Update CRM regularly.

Requirements

Experience

• 1–5 Years in Interior Design / Modular Design Sales
• Experience in Residential Interior Projects preferred

Software Skills

• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• 2020 Design (Preferred)
