Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to assist customers, understand their requirements, provide product information, and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. Candidates with a retail jewellery or 1 gram jewellery background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

Explain product details, designs, pricing, and offers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Assist customers throughout the purchase process and close sales.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Basic jewellery/product knowledge.

Problem-solving abilities.

Teamwork and a positive attitude.

Ability to confidently assist customers and close deals.
