About the Role

Karnex Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the recruitment team in managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other talent acquisition activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
