Software QA Tester-Web Application and WhatsApp Integration

Test the complete customer journey, from QR-code scanning to the intended emergency-contact workflow.

Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.

Perform functional, integration, regression, compatibility and usability testing.

Test across different browsers, smartphones and screen sizes.

Identify, document and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and screenshots.

Test error handling, invalid inputs, network interruptions and repeated scans.

Perform basic API testing using Postman.

Retest resolved defects and maintain test documentation.

Collaborate with developers to investigate issues and validate releases.

Report testing progress, risks and unresolved defects.

Required skills

Understanding of manual software testing and the software testing life cycle.

Ability to write test cases and detailed bug reports.

Experience testing web applications.

Strong logical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of API testing; Postman experience is desirable.

Clear written and verbal communication.

Willingness to learn the product and take ownership of testing activities.

Good to have

Experience testing WhatsApp or other third-party integrations.

Basic SQL knowledge.

Exposure to Jira, Trello or similar bug-tracking tools.

Basic automation testing knowledge.
