Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Perform site setting-out, levelling, and surveying as required. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the planned schedule and budget. Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project standards. Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations. Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related problems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify material quantities and assist with procurement and material inspections. Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections and approvals. Maintain site records, drawings, and project documentation. Requirements Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of relevant construction or site supervision experience. Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements, quality standards, and safety practices. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
