Interior Site Supervisor

Site Supervision & Execution Supervise daily interior fit-out activities including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to company standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth site operations. Project Coordination Review interior drawings and identify discrepancies before execution. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and clients regarding site requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Maintain project timelines and report delays or issues to project management. Material Management Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site. Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchasing team. Quality & Safety Control Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project specifications. Implement and enforce site safety regulations and procedures. Conduct quality checks and prepare snag lists before client handover. Ensure corrective actions are completed promptly. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports and site records. Prepare work completion reports, measurement sheets, and material tracking logs. Document variations, site instructions, and work approvals. Report project status, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manager.
