Purchase Executive (Garments Industry)

URGENT HIRING – PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Handle purchase orders and procurement of fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment materials.

Identify, develop, and manage vendor relationships.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, challans, and related documentation.

Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Stores, and Accounts departments.

Ensure proper purchase documentation and GST compliance.

Required Skills

Relevant purchase experience in the Garment Manufacturing Industry.

Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Advanced MS Excel, Word, and email knowledge.

Basic GST knowledge.

SAP Business One (SAP B1) / ERP experience highly preferred.

Pay

₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
