Data Entry Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our team. Freshers with good computer knowledge, decent typing speed, and basic MS Excel skills are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should be accurate, organised, and capable of handling data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data accurately in company records and computer systems.

Maintain and organise digital records, files, and documents.

Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Work with MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer applications.

Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.

Coordinate with the team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Perform other data entry and documentation tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Minimum qualification

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

Good working knowledge of computers.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a team.

Salary

₹10,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and suitability.
