Client Service Manager - Printing Press

We are looking for a responsible and composed candidate with good communication skills to handle client communication and coordination.

Job Type

Full-time

Working Hours

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Client Visits

Rare and occasional, mainly for sample demonstrations or project discussions. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients regarding orders and design briefs, and prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate with the accounts and design teams.

Handle email and WhatsApp communication and follow up on proposals, orders, and invoices.

Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Organize product samples, manage tender documentation, and handle vendor registration.

Required Skills

Good written English is mandatory for professional email and WhatsApp communication.

Ability to understand and communicate verbally in Bengali and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet usage, and AI/productivity tools.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

A calm, responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

Experienced candidates will be preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
